Terms and Conditions:
1. Booking Confirmation:
The Seller confirms the booking made by the Customer for the specified dates and room type. This contract is legally binding upon confirmation of the booking.
2. Payment Terms:
The Seller does not require online payment at the time of booking. Payment will be made at the Hotel upon check-in or according to the Hotel's payment policy.
3. Cancellation and Refund:
If the Customer wishes to cancel or amend the booking, they must do so according to the Hotel's cancellation policy, which will be provided separately by the Hotel.
4. Check-In and Check-Out:
The Customer agrees to abide by the Hotel's check-in and check-out times, which will be provided by the Hotel. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
5. Guest Responsibility:
The Customer is responsible for any damage to the room or any other property of the Hotel caused by the Customer or their guests. The Customer agrees to settle any such charges upon check-out.
6. Changes to Reservation:
Any changes to the reservation, such as extending the stay or changing the room type, must be communicated to the Hotel in advance and are subject to availability.
7. Force Majeure:
The Seller shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this contract due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.
8. Jurisdiction:
This contract is governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes or claims arising from this contract will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
9. Entire Agreement:
This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements.
