Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your scheduled check-in time. You can cancel your reservation by contacting our reservations team via email, phone, or through your online booking account.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room charge.
No Shows: In the event of a no-show (if you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date), you will be charged for the entire reservation. No refunds will be provided.
Refunds for Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation within the stipulated time frame (at least 72 hours before check-in), you will be eligible for a full refund of the booking deposit, less any applicable cancellation fees.
Refunds for Early Departure: In the event of early check-out, refunds for the unused portion of your reservation will be provided, subject to the cancellation policy. If you have already checked in and decide to depart earlier than originally planned, you will be charged for any nights stayed and the applicable cancellation fee.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the initial booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
Group Reservations: Group reservations may have different cancellation and refund policies. Please refer to your group contract or contact our reservations team for specific details.
Force Majeure: We understand that there may be circumstances beyond your control, such as natural disasters or travel restrictions, which could impact your ability to stay with us. In such cases, please contact our reservations team to discuss the options available.
